For the Production methods, The farm collects swim-up fry from breeding ponds and transfers them to concrete holding ponds.
The fry then undergo sex reversal through feeding induced with 17 alpha-Methyl testosterone hormone .
After reversal, the fry are fed fry mash to grow them up to 5g before being sold to farmers. (This method is limited by the availability of water.)
